Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 1.5 oz Matcha Rio Barista Blend
  • 2 oz hot water
  • 8 oz sparkling water
  • Ice

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, mix together matcha and hot water until fully incorporated
  2. Add the strawberry syrup, In a cup with ice
  3. Add the sparkling water
  4. Add the strawberry matcha mixture
  5. Stir the beverage and serve
