At David Rio, we strive to ship your order accurately and efficiently, so you receive your products in a timely manner.
We ship orders within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground with no signature required. For shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories including American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, we ship via the United States Postal Service. Please keep in mind that transit time may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your location.
To ensure that your order does not experience delays, please make sure to enter the shipping address correctly. Customers are responsible for any delays or fees involving an address correction unless the error was made by David Rio.
