SHIPPING POLICY

At David Rio, we strive to ship your order accurately and efficiently, so you receive the desired products in a timely
matter.


We ship orders within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground with no signature required. For shipping to P.O.
Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including America Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands, we ship via United States Postal Service.  Please keep in mind that the transit time on orders may take up to 7- 10 business days depending on where you are located.  For details on transit time from our warehouse in Chicago area, please see our FAQ page.


To ensure that your order does not experience delays, please make sure to enter the shipping address correctly.  Customers are responsible for any delays or fees involving an address correction unless a result of an error by David Rio.  We do not ship internationally.  If you are contacting us from outside of the United States, please visit our International page to find a distributor in the country where you reside.

 

DAVID RIO PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from David Rio for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of the original purchase date by filling out our Product Exchange/Return form and we will contact you within 2 business days.


If you do not receive your order within 10 business days from the order date, please fill out the Damaged/Lost Product
form.  For damaged products, please submit the Damaged/Lost Product form within 5 business days of receipt. We
will contact you within 2 business days.
