If you are not satisfied with your purchase from David Rio, for any reason, please let us know.  We are happy to replace any David Rio product purchased from our website within 30 days of original purchase date.  If the product is not damaged and is unopened, we will gladly accept a return or exchange and pay for the shipping to return the product.

If your product was damaged or opened upon receipt or you have a quality complaint, please fill out our Damaged/Open Product form.
