Ingredients
1 Tsp Matcha Rio Barista Blend
.75-1oz cherry syrup
2 oz water
7 oz milk
Preparation
Step 1:
Sift 1 tsp matcha into a steam pitcher. Add 2 oz hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Step 2:
Steam 8 oz milk to 140–150°F.
Step 3:
Add 0.75–1 oz cherry syrup to a serving cup and pour the matcha latte over the syrup.
