The traditional Masala Chai is a blend of fine organic black Assam tea and our signature mix of spices. This rich, bold tea has a magnificent flavor and aroma. Best with milk and sugar. Makes ~25 cups.

Brewing Suggestions:
Steep 1 tsp of Spice Blend with any tea of your choice (black, green or rooibos). Optional: Add milk and sugar to taste.

Make Masala chai the traditional Indian way:
Heat 8 oz water in a pot. Add 1 tsp of Spice Blend and sugar to taste. As the water comes to a boil, add black tea (Assam tea recommended) and steep tea for 2 min. Add 3 oz milk (whole, 2% or soy) and bring to a boil again. Turn off heat, cover for a min (optional, makes chai extra strong) and strain the chai into a cup.
